Class Registration Form
Medical Waiver
Classes run monthly,
payment is due at the beginning of each month. Please note change in
class fees above. We have eliminated the $35 registration fee for
classes.
In order for our
students to receive the proper training, it’s very important that
they are registered for the appropriate class and level. Students
will receive the individual attention and instruction they need to
be able to progress at their maximum personal rate when they stay
within their level. Registering outside of your level could result
in slower progression.
It is mandatory that students arrive
promptly at the start of class; stretching and warming up are very
necessary and take place during the first 10 minutes of class.
Tumbling without proper stretch and warm-up could result in
injury.

Flyer Training Class:
Mondays 5 to 6 &
Tuesdays 5 to 6
Strongly recommended
for all flyers.
Curriculum:
-Flexibility,
Strength and Balance Training.
-(Proper stretching
techniques, core strength training, proper posture)
-Body position
training. (Achieve and perfect Xtreme body positions such as Bow and
Arrow,
Front Stretch,
Scorpion, Needle, etc.)
-Transitions,
(proper weight distribution)
-Dismounts, Full
Down and Double Down training on Trampoline.
-Performance
coaching (Posture, presence, facials, etc.)
Private Cheer Coaching (Performance Coaching)
Available Mondays
from 6 to 7:30 or Thursdays from 5 to 6.

Tumbling has become
an extremely important part of the cheerleading world. Now a days
it is extremely difficult to make a a higher level team
without at least a back handspring or tuck. Twisters Elite
provides the best tumbling training in the area with equipment
that will boost your progression, take you to the next level,
and better your chances at out tumbling the competition!
