 Step 1: Gather Your Information. Total Competitors,

                  Total Crossovers (Or Add Later), Team Divisions, Team

                  Name, Contact Information, Credit Card Payment

                  Information.

 Step 2: Download Team Registration Form and/or Individual Registration Form.

                  Fill in form, submit via fax (1-888-762-3296) or mail with payment. Click Here for

              Online Registration.  Receive Fundraiser Cards to match every dollar spent within

                  3 weeks of registration.

 Step 3: Receive Confirmation. Check for weekly event updates, daily the week of your

                  event. Team Roster and Medical Waiver are due 3 weeks prior to the event.

                  Changes can be made online via online change form.
