1/1/09 Revision All registrations must include payment. Teams will not be placed in the Order of Competition until paid in full. Teams registering less than 2 weeks prior to event must pay via credit card or money order. Checks will not be accepted after the registration deadline and payments cannot be made at the event. Xtreme Spirit does not refund registrations after the registration deadline. 50% refund of registrations fees paid are eligible until the registration deadline for your event or 100% credit towards another event. All registration changes will require the use of our online change form and a $50 processing fee will apply. A $500 change fee is required for any changes after the order of competition is released. Changes also cannot be made without payment. Changes cannot be called or emailed in unless the online form does not allow the change you are requesting. All events will run regardless of weather conditions. Please prepare for extra drive time in areas where unfavorable weather conditions are likely.
