If calling outside of these hours, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as a representative is available. Please keep in mind you may receive a quicker response vial email. When faxing, simply let your machine do the work, dial the number above and press send. You will hear a voicemail message that will auto-detect incoming faxes.

 

Vendor Inquiries Vendor Registration Form

All Vendors must register through Tonia Sewell @ 847-372-9089 or tonia@xtremespirit.com. Vendors are permitted on a first come first serve basis (excluding food or clothing) at all of our events. Events are limited to 5 outside vendors per event to maximize sales. Registration on larger events fills quickly each season. Events range from 20-200 teams, averaging 70 teams per event. Pricing is non-negotiable at $750 per day (multiple event discount $500 x 4 events). Payment in Full 2 weeks prior to each event is mandatory. Last minute vendor space may be available but must be pre-paid via credit card over the phone.
